I've been trying to call Magazine since Friday and I can't get in touch. A purchase was made on the website where delivery was supposed to be on 24/01 and until now we have not received it.

I made a purchase through the app and everything went absolutely fine. Just get in touch with the app, you will soon have store addresses and the name of the manager plus names of sellers, all with their respective contact numbers via WhatsApp, which is beyond excellent. There is a multitude of products in its portfolio on the application. I was able to purchase a product at an excellent discount. The physical store in Santo Amaro da Imperatriz is very elegant, with many products on display. The service is impeccable. There is on-site parking. It's worth a visit to see everything from modern refrigerators to state-of-the-art TVs, cell phones, etc.

Horrible, they put a price of 599.00 on the product and when paying, they charged me 699.00 on my credit card, they asked me to cancel, they asked me to place another order and make the payment on the spot with a pix, so far so good…. Then came the disrespect, they said they would soon cancel the amount charged on the card, it arrived on the due date, they didn't cancel it, I called and they told me that I need to pay for the cancellation. Even though I bought the product on pix, they charged me for a total of 1398.00 For the magazine, I think it’s not much for him, but for me it’s a lot…. I'm confused, the card is already expiring again and they still haven't paid me... I'm disgusted by this company, it's a bit annoying to its customers…. Now I know why they've been losing market share... their service is very bad.

I'll never set foot in this magazine store in Sto Amaro again, I was really embarrassed by a saleswoman, I don't even know if she's a saleswoman, I just know that I was very upset about what happened to me, a clueless person who, in my opinion, was unprepared to deal with customers! It was the first and last time!
